Mission
  • Business Development and Innovation: Drive the Cybersecurity offer & professional services business

    • Develop Strategy and plans and ensure that the business unit flexibly reacts with agility and is aligned to the Market,

    • The offer development will be aligned with Devoteam Group strategy (Personal participation to the definition and the evolution of the group offer).

· Operations:

  • Own Google Cybersecurity P&L (professional services business revenue, recruitment, consultant rewarding & retention, business investment, resource management)

  • Develop, implement and manage the business unit’s annual budget and ensure that the required funding to support strategic transformational projects has been considered.

  • Achieve the financial budgets set for the business, i.e. turnover, gross margin and EBIT.

  • Develop and manage the delivery of market leading value propositions and messaging for assigned services and offerings by:

    • Driving market positioning programs and activities for the business unit (Marketing).

    • Working closely together with the Devoteam sales teams

    • Guaranteeing prospection (thanks to his business developers) and presales activities.

  • Provide regular reviews and report on progress to the board against strategic programs , projects and provide the necessary governance and oversight to ensure that the company is achieving client and financial management goals.

  • Assuring the engagement/collaboration/cross-selling with the other BUs/practices will be a key determinant of success.

· Competencies Management:

  • Manage the security center of competences for Security

  • Perform strategic planning and tactical activities to support Teams growth (right combination of talent management, consultants follow-up & retention)

· Partnership Management:

  • Mainly with Google and others editors to bring value in design

  • Initiate new partnerships in accordance with the offer developed during the incubation process.

Profil recherché

. Ambassador for Cybersecurity with 8+ years relevant experience in IT Security

· At least 1 year experience in a Senior position managing a business, people and budgets

· Security Expert & Evangelist in Cybersecurity with significant experience in security frameworks, standards, architectures, concepts and vendor solutions/eco-system

· Combination of Governance/ Processes Expertise (Information Risk management : ISO27001/ BCP/DRP ISO 22301 / GDPR is a plus), 360° Audit Experience (Physical – Logical - …) and Technical Security Expertise in the different domains (Cloud – DevOps – IAM - IoT - Zero Trust Network – Cyber Awareness – Forensics and Fraud prevention - Threat Management and Defense - …)

· First experience with managing and growing Professional Services business.

· Commercial experience in sales/presales activities, RFP defense, bid management.

· Strong inspiring leader, proven experience with and clear interest in people management and coaching, leading a team of several

· Strong in stakeholder management and capable of building and maintaining relationships with internal and external key business partners

· Solid communication and presentation skills
